To list your properties (more detailed instructions here), first go to http://www.granada4sale.com/admin/ and register. Then you can log-in to the admin area of the website with your user name and password. Click on ‘create new listing’ and then select what type of property you want to list. Fill out the property listing form (price, location, description, etc.) and click ‘submit’, you can now upload your photos.

The listing will appear on the website within seconds.

Detailed instructions

Creating an Account

1. Go to www.granada4sale.com.
2. Click on “Sellers”.
3. Click on “click here for registration”, to start an account.
4. Choose a Username & Password and fill out the remaining information on this page.
5. Once you have created an account, you will be able to create listings for your property.

Creating a New Listing

1. Click “Sellers” and login with your Username and Password.
2. Click “Create New Listing”.
3. Choose a property class and click “Submit”.
4. Fill out the property information (to add the latitude & longitude for a Google map of your property, please refer to “Creating a Google Map”).
5. Once you are done adding the property information, Click “Update”, located at bottom/center of page.

Editing your property/Adding Pictures

1. Once you click “Update”, Choose the “You may now edit your listing” choice.
2. To the left of the screen, click “Edit Images”.
3. Click “Browse”, and search for pictures to add to your listing. You can choose up to 9 pictures per property.
4. The first picture you choose will be the thumbnail that advertises your property when potential renters search through the property’s.

Creating a Google Map

1. To create a Google map you must find the latitude and longitude of your property. To do this go to http://maps.google.com.
2. Double click on the exact location of the property. This will center your location on the map.
3. Click on “Link to this Page”, located to the upper right of screen.
4. You will notice that the URL in you address bar will change to something like http://maps.google.com/?om=1&11=37.120906,-3.2298&spn=0.967986,1.851196
5. The first long number (in this case 37.120906) is the latitude and the second long number (in this case -3.22998) is the longitude.
