Beautiful Renovated Village House

Full Description: A recently restored 3 storey village house located on the front edge of the pretty village of Nieles with exceptional open country views. The house has been completely renovated, in a very sympathetic style retaining the charm and history of the property.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with pretty ceramic wash hand basin and a small cave at the rear. This ensures that this room is kept at a similar temperature all year round, which is a perfect place to retreat to during the hot summer months.

On the first floor is a spacious lounge with Juliet balcony and original Alpujarran fireplace with a large stove. Behind this is a corridor leading to a stylish Moorish bathroom with bath, shower, sink, toilet and wooden floor. Up a short flight of stairs is the smart fully fitted kitchen which is a lovely size, a perfect venue for entertaining friends. There is also independent entrance to the kitchen from the rear of the property and good sized windows to both front and rear making this a light and sunny room.

On the second floor there is a modern double bedroom with French Windows to the roof terrace which has stunning views over open countryside.

The small traditional village of Nieles enjoys spectacular views of the contraviesa mountain range. The house is South facing and benefits from full sun all day long.

Nieles is well served with twice daily bread deliveries, a weekly fruit and vegetable lorry, and weekly "frozen food" van, and fresh fish delivery twice a week. There is also a small bar serving the community. The neighbours in the village have been extremely friendly and welcoming to us and our friends and family, providing us with sometimes daily fruit and vegetable produce from their gardens and fresh eggs.

Many of the locals can be seen using traditional farming methods with mules for transport around the village and ploughing their olive and almond groves and their fruit and vegetable plots.
