They are located at the edge of the village with parking close by. Both are accessed from a small cul-de-sac. Outside stairs lead to the roof of the first house, which has very fine views, over the village, in all directions. There is large solar hot water system, installed on the roof terrace of the first house.
Entering the first house, one comes into a kitchen/dining-room, with a skylight, and with stairs leading down to the lower ground floor, a small living room with small exterior terrace at one end, and at the other a door to the roof terrace of the second house. There is also a shower room.

Both houses have been restored, modernised and reformed to a very high standard, have double glazing, solar hot water (as well as electricity), quality tiling and carpentry. The houses are sold fully furnished and equipped.

Polopos is a pretty peaceful village located a short distance from the coast, and as a consequence it enjoys a coastal climate, being warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer than locations further inland. It has two bars, no shops, but vans selling bread, fruit and vegetables and fish make daily rounds. The coast is twenty minutes by road, and Motril, a large town with all faclities, fourty minutes.
