Full Description: Two adjacent reformed and modernised village houses, connected but with separate entrances, each with a large roof terrace, with a total of three bedrooms and three shower rooms.
The larger house has 120 m2 habitable, the smaller 60 m2, and both have large roof terraces with fine views over the village to the sea, and to the surrounding countryside. They are located at the edge of the village with parking close by. Both are accessed from a small cul-de-sac. Outside stairs lead to the roof of the first house, which has very fine views, over the village, in all directions. The patio-garden is also accessed by gates opening onto a lower street, as well as being accessed by the former stables, which have been converted to a tunnel running below the first house and opening into the upper cul-de-sac.
Both houses have been restored, modernised and reformed to a very high standard, have double glazing, solar hot water (as well as electricity), quality tiling and carpentry. The houses are sold fully furnished and equipped.
There is an attached third house, which has not been reformed or modernised, of three levels and 300 m2 built, which is an option to buy with the other houses, at an extremely low price (around € 25,000) subject to negotiation with the owner.
Polopos is a pretty peaceful village located a short distance from the coast, and as a consequence it enjoys a coastal climate, being warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer than locations further inland. It has two bars, no shops, but vans selling bread, fruit and vegetables and fish make daily rounds. The coast is twenty minutes by road, and Motril, a large town with all faclities, fourty minutes.
