Niguelas está ubicado a los pies de Sierra Nevada y en la cabecera del Valle de Lecrín, cerca de Granada, (que se traduce como el valle de la felicidad del original en árabe). Es un pequeño pueblo virgen, tradicional andaluz, con una población de alrededor de 1500. Conocido localmente como el balcón del Valle, que mira a una de varias de las laderas a las montañas hacia el Este y el Norte y también mira hacia el sur y el oeste por las llanuras agrícolas exuberantes y productivos, conocida como Las Vegas. Tiene un gran interés y variedad, Niguelas tiene mucho que ofrecer. Es posible esquiar por la mañana en el hotel Sol Y Nieve, la estación de esquí cerca de Granada, y luego bañarse en el Mediterráneo por la tarde. Para aquellos con un interés por la música, la historia, la arquitectura de la cultura, arte, compras, gastronomía o las tradiciones españolas, la gran ciudad de Granada es definitivamente un destino de clase mundial. Dentro de veinte minutos en coche desde Nigüelas, se encuentran todos los placeres de esta metrópolis único y espectacular. La propiedad está situada en el borde del pueblo de Nigüelas, cerca de Granada, Andalucía, en el sur de España en un rincón muy tranquilo y privado, con un patio verde y con mesas y sillas para comidas al aire libre. Hay una amplia terraza en la azotea para tomar el sol y para disfrutar de las vistas impresionantes del campo y las montañas, las cuales se pueden disfrutar en las noches con un vaso de vino y ver la puesta del sol. En las cálidas noches perfumadas, se puede escuchar el canto de los ruiseñores en los jardines cercanos. La casa es muy propicia para la relajación completa, pero no hay escasez de algo más de actividad. Usted puede ir de montaña y escalar la cima del gran auge del Mulhacén (a aprox. 3.500 metros) desde la estación de esquí de Sol y Nieve, ir a pescar, montar a caballo o escalada en roca. O usted puede preferir hacer una recorrido turístico a la veintena de pequeños pueblos en el valle de Lecrín.
